Sp5der Shipping Policy

At Sp5der, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. This policy details our shipping processes to ensure you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.
1. Domestic Shipping (USA Only)
- We currently only ship to addresses within the 50 United States
- Free shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required
- Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Delivery times range from 3-7 business days after shipment depending on your location
2. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will be processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships
3. Shipping Methods
We use the following carriers based on destination and package size:
- USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days)
- UPS Ground (1-5 business days)
- FedEx Ground (1-5 business days)
4. Tracking Your Order
- All orders include tracking information
- Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order ships
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses
6. Delivery Issues
If you experience any problems with delivery:

- For lost packages, please wait at least 7 business days after the expected delivery date before contacting us
7. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Return Policy for details on returns and exchanges. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
